Schedule III Builder is made by practising professionals and software developers, for the CA firms that prepare and audit accounts in India.
Who we are.
Chartered accountants, company secretaries, cost accountants and software developers, working as one team. Each format in the app is drafted by the professional who files it: the statements, notes, auditor's report and CARO by chartered accountants; Board and AGM papers, registers, AOC-4 and MGT-7 by company secretaries; CMA data and valuation workings by cost accountants.
Why we built it.
Year-end work in a CA firm repeats the same steps for every client: map the trial balance, write the notes, check the ratios, prepare the audit report, then the CMA data, the return and the ROC papers. Schedule III Builder does those steps from one set of books, for companies, LLPs, firms, proprietors, HUFs and trusts, and keeps the client's data on your own computer.
What we stand by.
- Client books stay on your PC. Only the licence check goes out; see privacy.
- Formats follow Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013 and the ICAI Guidance Notes, and change when they change.
- What the app prepares is a draft. The preparer and the signing professional review it before it is signed or filed.
