One set of books
One trial balance.
Every output.
What used to take four programs and a dozen spreadsheets. Pick any one to see more.
CMA data.
Forms I to VI, MPBF both ways, ratios, and how much the client can borrow.
Valuation.
DCF, comparables, net assets and market price, to the ICAI Valuation Standards 2018.
Income-tax return.
ITR-3, ITR-5 and ITR-6 as JSON, the balance sheet and profit and loss already in, checked against the e-filing schema.
Tax provision.
Current and deferred tax, with MAT, posted as an adjustment.
Audit and ROC papers.
Auditor's report, CARO 2020, Board and AGM papers, registers, AOC-4 and MGT-7 figures.
UDIN figures.
Exactly what the UDIN portal asks for, ready to copy.
11
kinds of entity, from private companies to trusts and societies
3

Mapping
Every ledger in its place.
Every doubt in colour.
Import the trial balance and every ledger is already mapped. Green, amber or red tells you where to look, and a balance on the wrong side of its group is red, however sure the suggestion. Confirm the greens in one click.

Review
Checked the way
an auditor would.
Before the statements go out, Schedule III Builder reads them the way a reviewer does, and takes you to the screen that fixes each point.
The figures agree.
Both years' trial balances and the adjustments, schedules against the books, related-party balances against their ledgers, last year's closing against this year's opening.
The judgement calls.
Net worth below nil with no going-concern note. A profit with no tax. No audit fee for the year. Assets with no depreciation. Payables sitting in provisions.
The details that embarrass.
A director's name spelt two ways, a missing UDIN, a firm registration number out of form, a typo in the firm's own name.
Ratios with reasons.
Every change over 25% explained from the figures. A dormant year, a loss turning into a profit or negative equity is put in words, never as a meaningless percentage.
Notes that move.
Reserves from opening balance to closing, earnings per share in the unit of the statements, policies that fit what the company does.
Signed on the right page.
Each statement on one page with its signatures, and the signatures never left alone on the last page of the notes.
Privacy
Private by design.
Your clients' books stay on your computer. Not on our servers. Not on anyone's.
One file per client.
Every year, mapping and note in a file you keep. Backed up on every open and close.
Locked with a password.
Encrypt a client's file, and every copy of it. Without the password, it opens nowhere.
Copied to your own drive.
One click copies every client to a pen drive or folder you choose. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Practice dashboard
Your whole practice.
At a glance.
Accounts, UDIN, AGM, AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC and returns for every client, with what is overdue and due this month. Click any item to open the screen that finishes it.

Questions before you try it? hello@schedule3.in
Questions? Answers.
Do I need Tally?
No. Tally is the quickest way in, with a live, read-only import of three years. You can also open an Excel, CSV or Tally XML trial balance, or type the ledgers in.
Which entities does it cover?
Private, public, one person and section 8 companies under Schedule III Divisions I, II and III, partnership firms, proprietorships, HUFs, trusts, societies and AOPs in the NCE format of the ICAI Guidance Note on non-corporate entities, and LLPs under the ICAI Guidance Note on LLPs.
Is it cloud software?
No. It runs on your Windows PC and client files stay there. Only the licence check goes out: your key, your e-mail and a device id. The optional CIN lookup asks first and sends only the CIN.
Does it prepare the income-tax return?
It prepares the accounts part of the return from the books: ITR-6 for companies, ITR-5 for firms and LLPs, ITR-3 for proprietors and HUFs. The balance sheet, profit and loss, trading and manufacturing accounts, depreciation schedules, general details and bank accounts are written as JSON. Other income, deductions and the tax computation are completed in your return filing software, which files the return.
How is it priced?
Yearly, per computer: Basic ₹4,999, Professional ₹9,999 and Enterprise ₹14,999, plus GST. No charge per client. See pricing.
Can I move to a new computer?
Yes. Release the licence on the old computer, activate the same key on the new one, and bring your client files across with the built-in drive backup.
I already have Tally's add-on. Why this?
Tally's add-on is free and good for one company's Schedule III in Excel. Schedule III Builder does every kind of entity, every note, and what comes after: the audit report, CMA, valuation, ITR and ROC. Compare them.
Who reviews the output?
You do. Every document is a draft from the books and your answers, for the preparer and the signing professional to review before it is signed or filed.
